Nestlè Curiously Cinnamon breakfast cereal (was formerly called Cinnamon Grahams) is £2.14 per box but currently on offer at 2 for £2.

Asda's own brand washing powder tablets (lime and something) were reduced to £1 for a small box (of about 10-20 tablets maybe). The price was on the SEL.

Just a little heads up in my local store (Bromborough) we've been told that a lot of the large versions of washing powder, tablets and fabric conditioner will be getting reduced as they're going to be discontinued so keep a look out on the shelf edge labels, should be some bargains.

I'm not sure if this is national or not but looking at the last few bargains posted on here it looks as though it could be.

I wondered why I was able to pick up a 48 pack of non-bio tablets last weekend for £2! :eek: looks like I'm going to have to stock up! Thanks for the heads up!

I've been done by asda

saw in the paper that beef was now £1 went into our Asda

saw the irish beef mince at £1 bought 3, went through the till at 75p

me thinks oh bargain

goes back and buys the last 6, always good for freezing

and now guess what i've just looked at my beef and it's only 250g

and the one in the picture above is 500g...........

Our local had Asda and Persil 24 tablet and some gel ones down to £1 a box and Persil Handwash 950g box £1.
All stripped bare by the time I got there but they do keep refilling.
