I sent mine in a couple of months ago. The company organising this promotion sent me a snotty letter saying that they had to received my claim within fourteen days. i found that hard to believe as I sent it off first class in plenty of time. Their letter was dated on the fifteenth day! I wasn't very happy about this, but had more pressing issues occupying my time, so I didn't get around to writing a friendly complaint to Pfhizer customer services.

Moral of the story - send your details in the day you buy the "buy me free" package.

  • thanks for the advice, will send mine off today, and will post my experience!
might even send it by recorded delivery just to make sure they dont mess around!!
  • Bought some from Tesco last week for £2.97. My mum wanted one so I went back to Tesco 2 days later and the same stuff was £1.49. Must remember to send off though well before the 14 days.
    If I had known then what I know now . . .

I too received a letter that they did not receive it within 14 days, I had 6 days left, so I find it hard to believe.
