What do CCCS do? can they help my situation

Hi,
Well i now have no choice but to contact these as it's been established that i am paying out more than what is coming in.

The chrunch point was today when i received a final demand for payment from HSBC regarding my loan, In total i owe £7219.45.
I rang them up to arrange a repayment plan and they wanted to go through my expenditure.

After being on the phone for an hour, the conclusion came: "Your outgoings are more than your incomings therefore we cannot offer you a repayment plan"

Great

This leaves me in deep doodoo, i asked what happens now and they told me that unless the final demand is met within 28 days then the debt will be sold on and i would have to make other arangements...whats to say these arn't going to be so helpful?

Anyway, i was advised to conact CCCS and do my bidget online, i have done this and now i have been told to call them with my ref number....what do they do next? i just need to know?

Anyway...hope someone can help me please

Thanks

I'm not able to help with CCCS info, but someone will be along soon who can give you some more help.

Why don't you post your SOA on here & see what the other DFW's can suggest?

See MSE Andrea's sticky for newbies for how to do that - it's basically what you'ev put together for CCCS.

If I remeber correctly from my CCCS DMP i received a pack to fill in sent it off with all the income and expenditute and totally up to date debts. then I received a paying in slip for my first few months payment until i set up a DD. It was all pretty painless, I have spoken to them on the phone a few times as well and they have always been very helpful. dmp running smoothly interest on all stopped debt going down.hope that helps
  • that really helps, thankyou...
