how do i advance book?
Sorry im new to gala

also if i loose my internet connection during the game, will be tickets still be valid? (I have to feed my 3 month old daughter, and my 3 year old likes to push the computer buttons when im not looking!!)

Daft question but do you have to 'Claim' yourself if you get a line or does Gala do it automatically??

hi

just click to play in any room and it will open a new window. click no when it tells you you have insufficient funds.

then above the chat window is a button that says advanced tickets. from there you can browse through the other rooms and buy tickets for all the free games in the next hour,by high-lighting the ones that say £0.00 and click the buy option at the side

You can view your wins & losses on the Gala Homepage by clicking on the dropdown menu titled 'account options' and choosing 'List of Bets.'

You can only book for games up to an hour in advance. Good Luck!

It now shows Royal as full, i pre bought tickets for all the free games in the next hour for royal but now in advanced ticket tab it says undefined under the club name, what does that mean?

Do i have to be sat in the club signed in for the prebought tickets to be played?

It says undefined quite often, god knows why, should correct itself, you don't need to be in a club to win, as long as you have your tickets, you will be ok.

It's saying undefined on mine too.

Also, check under cashier every now and then, on June 30th I won £230, but because it was in cashier under Lotto(their mistake) I never noticed for 11 days!!
It's on the main page, click on account options.
