Once an account is created click on the red button "Play Bingo Now"

Click Play beside any room

A notice will come up telling you that you have insufficient funds, click "NO"

Above the Chat area in every room there's an "Advanced Tickets" button - click on it

A box should appear with a drop down menu of all the rooms - free tickets are available in the following: Amazon Club, Country Club, Dreams Club, Gala Club Castle, Royal Club, Seaside Club - There are between 1-4 free games playing every hour - you can enter all of these!

Choose any of these rooms and simply click on "FREE BINGO" to highlight a game ... You can add tickets by clicking on the right arrow under the "STRIPS" box. You can buy a maximum of 2 strips per game. Then click on the green "Purchase" button.

A confirmation screen will appear, click "confirm." A message should appear:

you do not have to be in a room at time of draw to win, but if you wish to be then make a note of the times and visit the rooms later (you may have to turn up early as they fill up fast). You can view your wins & losses on the Gala Homepage by clicking on the dropdown menu titled 'account options' and choosing 'List of Bets.'

You can only book for games up to an hour in advance. Good Luck!

Anyone have any experiences of how long it takes for withdrawals to hit the bank accounts?

I withdrew £70 last Thursday with no problems, keep checking tracking to check but remember it said 5 working days for payment to reach me.

I did my withdrawl on a Friday and it was with my by tuesday... that was a bank transfer straight to my account.


It appears that free bingo today is only this evening, 6pm-12pm.

Just logged on to Gala and wondered why there were no free games.

The odds are better in the mornings/afternoons as there are fewer people playing. All my wins have been in the morning or early afternoon.

Never mind - will get back on there after 6pm! :j

Dont think there are any free games today - ive clicked on times and prices, and no sign of any freebies!!!

There is a box about free Cheltenham special tonight, so might check back and see what that is about, but cant see anything yet!!

See posts above, it appears as though the free games are only from 6pm-midnight today.
Which explains why I just spent 20mins looking for some to play/book now without any joy. Ah well, might try again this eve if I remember.
