Valentines Sweet Boxes

Just been looking around on the net and found some valentines sweet boxes. Just like the retro sweet boxes people have been making but with a red/pink theme.

Thought this was a good idea for those struggling with a last minute idea.

Inside were, red foil heart chocs, red and white jelly tots, marshmallows, peach hearts, red jelly beans, love hearts and red and white torpedos.

This was all placed in a clear organiser box and had a handmade red heart banner around it with lots of pink raffia...

Also another fab idea I found was....

Take a clear soft drinks bottle the 350ml ones and fully rinse out and leave to dry.
Take red foil choccie hearts or any red/pink sweets and pour into the bottle.
Decorate the lid with pink/ red decorations. Hand make a heart banner with heart shapes, beads and glitter and tie around the neck of the bottle with lots of raffia or curling ribbon.

A great recycled gift idea.

Another fab idea:-

Use an icecube tray( the square ones look best for this idea) and fill with jelly beans in colour arrangements.
Cover in cello wrap and tie with ribbon and cut out "XO" ( kiss and hug) tag.

This will be a lot cheaper than a jelly belly gift box...
