Have just spent £4.39 in somerfield on 2 x tear & share garlic breads, which are yummy & reduced to 85p each half price ( I never pay full price for these:eek: ) & a reduced pizza £2.69 usually nearly £4 I never buy these either unless reduced, but nicer than the average cheapy one!
This will be my valentines treat for myself as Hubby working away

Hi free, and everybody :hello: :hello: :hello:
Well - it's confession time :embarasse - being the 'old softie' that I am, I spent £4.98 on ten red roses for my wife and £1.99 on a Valentine's Day Card (also for my wife - I hasten to add :rotfl: ).
I did, however, decline the £1.50 'Gift Wrapping' for the roses, and they were, unceremoniously, handed to me in a rolled down plastic bag - the same way that I later handed them to my wife - who says romance is dead?
And, for lunch for myself, I bought a reduced 'Scotch Egg' for 20 pence.
Was given a parking ticket with an hour left on it - so 'saved' 40 pence. :T
Total Spend - £7.17 - oh well, serves me right for being a romantic.
I'm off to work in an hour, so shouldn't spend any more today.
Have a Happy Valentine's Day, everybody. :smileyhea :smileyheaI am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
