LITE mayonnaise recipe

Options
My kids are big mayo fans and I generallly buy the Hellmann's Lite/extralite, full fat mayo being extremely high in cals and fat, albeit 'healthy' fat. The way they slap it onto potato wedges, tortilla wraps etc etc.

has anyone any idea of what you can do to make a 'lite' version of HM Mayo please?

You can use silken tofu (soft or firm) as a base for non-fat fake mayonaise or other sauces. Blend a pack of it (about 10 oz I believe) with a little garlic, a pinch of salt and a little cider vinegar (to taste).
