i think too, they just want people to forget to cancel and then charge em for it thats y they want bank details;)

I took this offer and now they are not picking up the phone so I can cancel it.. :mad:

Already wasted around 15 minutes at different times on their 0870 5050 45 number, and I cant find their alternative number from say no to 0870.

How can I save myself, any help?

If they do charge me, can I take them to court?

Hi , cancel your direct debit with your bank ,it should work, when they cant collect the money from they bank they 'll probably write to u about it. then u can tell them u wanted to cancel but wasnt able to get through to them.
