Valentine's Day packed lunch.

My OH takes a packed lunch to work and I wondered if anyone had an idea for a nice sandwich to make him for a change. Something rather than the usual egg or tuna. He likes smoked salmon so maybe something along that lines?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Could you cut his sandwiches in to a heart shape using a heart shaped biscuit cutter - it might be easiest to cut the bread slice by slice rather than trying to do the whole sandwich otherwise the filling might squidge out! It might be a bit of a hassle but then it is a labour of love!
It's a lovely idea doing something special for his packed lunch - have you got any love hearts or a rolo you could pop in?0 -
One year I did dh a Valentine's packed lunch - cut the sandwiches into a heart shape, added a pack of lovehearts, a little note from me, and then just made sure that all the other bits I put in (crisps, biscuit, cake etc) were red themed. So red Pepperami, Kit-Kat biscuit, Walkers ready salted and so on. He got the point!0
