I have been informed that by using some of our companies profit to set up a 'trust fund' we wont pay any corporation tax on the funds used to set the fund up or indeed any future payments into the fund. There will also be no tax liability on interest generated by the fund and indeed the monies within it will also be free from any death duties.
The only other info given is that we can only access half the funds if needs be untill we are 55 when we can access the whole amount.
I can't find any info on what type of fund this is and wondered if anyone had any ideas?
