Sorry. Ebuyer never offer any discount codes (even though there is a box for codes on the order form.)

I think the promotion code box on ebuyer is used to enter personal codes which are given to you if ebuyer mess up delivery of your order - and offer free next-day delivery for next time, and similar good-will gesture type things.

I noticed ebuyer customer support by phone has come back now too. Whoopee!!!

The promotion code is for multi-buy promotions such as the DVD player for £1 if you buy an LCD tv.

You can usually get free shipping if you select the right delivery option, except on low value items.
