Ohhhhhh I'm really annoyed with myself!!!

I've just worked out that my husband and I are paying out £900 a month in debts  We're so stupid and can't believe we've got to this stage. I wish I could turn back the clock. Sorry to rant but feeling low about money at the mo - as you can tell.

  • at least you have realised it now.

imagine what you could do with £900 per month now to spend.

make a plan to pay it off. maybe post up an SOA and we will see if we can help x

    good luck x

You are very similar to us - we pay about £900 a month to our creditors. It's horrible isn't it? To think what you couild do with that sort of money if you never had debt....does make you angry.

It certainly gives me an incentive to pay off my debts super quick though - that amount of money leftover at the end of the month would go towards a very good mortgage deposit.....

Chin up! At least you know where you are and dont have your heads buried in the sand like alot of people. And dont worry about venting - I do it all the time!

i pay on average 726 quid each month and was only saying to OH last night that we'll be laughing once all the loads are paid off, even if we stick to our decision to over pay our mortgage by £500 out of that £726.
  • Well we average about £500 per month but it was £700 at our worst. It is very frustrating to think about what else we could be doing with that money but it does strengthen our resolve to pay it off asap.
