HI I HAVE REQUESTED MY CCA FROM MBNA THEY HAVE REPLIED
I HAVE RECIEVED : 1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2. ORIGINAL APPLICATION
3. LAST STATEMENT
ALTHOUGH THERES NO SIGNATURE ON IT IT WAS DONE ONLINE
THIS SAYS "THIS IS A CREDIT AGREEMENT REGULATED BY CCA 1974 SIGN ONLY IF YOU WANT TO VE LEGALLY BOUND
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS TICK THIS BOX (ITS TICKED)
i confirm that the tick in the box is a valid means of establishing the authenticity and integrity of my signature (no signature) to this credit agreement. i understand the mbna will hold this acceptance data on their files

As far as I know there does need to be a signature. I think I remember an admin order knocking around in 2003-2004 which was laid before the house as an amendment to the CCA to allow for electronic token signing.
I leave it as an exercise to the reader to find it. You will need to decide if your electronic approval meets with the provisions of the order.

This could be an intersted developement , I suggest you go onto the CAG website for advice . But it does look like in this case you have a AGREEMENT . Keep us imformed .0
