Do they just send you a cheque or ask you for your bank details? I guess it differs depending on competition but I was wondering what happens in general?

Whenever I've won money before they have always sent it out in the form of a cheque. I'd be a bit worried if they asked for my bank details to be honest...2022 wins include.... £1,000 cheque £150 ASDA gift card £250 Impericon gift voucher £100 cheque £100 of plant bulbs £100 Bower Collective voucher0 -

I've always had cheques and, like Skippycat, would be worried about disclosing my bank account details. Mind, what I have done before now, is go to what used to be called a building society and open an account with one pound and sent the details of that account for money to go into but that wasn't a win - it was something else."Every day when I wake up I thank the Lord I'm Welsh" Cerys Matthews0
