Growing salad veg

Hi Folks,

We have an old greenhouse, nothing special but still usable. I'd like to grow some salad veg this year and maybe some other veg as well, any tips on what's suitable for growing in a greenhouse?

We grow tomato, cucumber, aubergine, pepper, chilli, lettuce, beans, potatoes, sweetcorn in our polytunnel.

The world is your oyster with a greenhouse! What veggies do you like to eat? Things like tomatoes, aubergines, cucumbers, courgettes etc will all romp happily in there. Stuff like lettuces, spring onions, radishes will be good in there early in the year but will probably need moving outside in the summer as it gets too hot in a greenhouse for them. You can grow those ones very easily in pots on the patio, if you don't have any room in the ground for them.
