additional pension required

Hello
Can anyone advise me, i currently pay into my work severn trent pension scheme which is a good one but would also like an additional pension to give me that little bit extra, i currently pay the full 6% i am allowed to pay in with my company but want to put a bit more away, but with who??
there are so many different people about i just dont know which one is ok

Depending on whether your scheme is of the older final salary type (based on years of service), you could consider buying extra years.
Or, you could consider a personal pension or stakeholder (if you are earning less than 30k and not in a final salary scheme).
Or you could consider AVCs (in house or external).
Or you could consider ISAs.
