Multivitamins & Minerals suitable for vegetari

Options
can anyone help me please on this one.

do you know of a cheap place where I can get multivitamin + mineral tablets cheaply that are suitable for vegetarian?

You can get the normal multivit tablets very cheaply from places such as Asda and Tescos. But not when it comes to suitable for vegetarians - then it becomes really quite expensive.

advice?

    Zipvit

    Multi-Vitamins & Iron - 360 (size L) 7.75
    A-Z Multi-Vitamins & Minerals - 360 (size R) 14.95

Both suitable for vegetarians and cheaper than Healthspan. The service they offer has always been prompt and efficient.

I would recommend Zipvit as Ted did - I work near their hq and have got stuff from them before, very reasonable friendly service.

Also keep your eye out for when Holland and Barratt have any sales on - they sometimes have a "half-price vitamin" sale every now and then so you could stock up then.

Yes - I cannot recommend Healthspan highly enough!

They have tax free prices (being based in Guernsey) and they produce among the highest quality vitamins available - they use good ingredients e.g Vitamin E is made from naturally occuring elements and not from by products of industrial processes as in other products.

You must make sure you buy high quality vitamins or else there is no point in taking them.

Don't just buy the cheapest ones you can find e.g supermarket own brands - they are usually made from equally cheap and ineffective ingredients - you want vitamins in the most readily absorbable form which require higher quality ingredients.

There are vitamins and there are VITAMINS!
