If you do not like the way the pills make you feel, can you go back and talk to someone about the situation? Also, there are folk on here who have been there and know self help groups etc. So hold on tight.
I am very sorry about mum. I suspect she will regret this in the future, when they are flourishing and she would like to share their successes. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
bless you sound more stressed than me i am in bother with yes car, welcome finance, beneficial, capital one the list cotinues. I have got myself on a money management programme which is fab in my opinion they have got all my interest and charges frozen and a lot of the balances written off or greatly reduced. citizens advice do this service for free but i use a company called greg pennington who i personally rate well. i would check out the terms in your contract regarding the repossession i know with my car hp after i had made so much in payments they couldn't repossess. if you feel in any way parts of your contract were not explained or you were lied to by sales people the contract is nul and void get onto trading standards for guidance. bailiffs can turn up at your door but without a warranted court order they cannot enter or take from your property. i would go talk to cit advice its free they can give you a proper low down on what you have agreed to in your hp. dont forget claim back any ppis with interest!MY Successes = RBS PPI, RBS bank charges, Aqua PPI, Aqua cc charges, HFC PPI, Welcome Finance PPI, Blackhorse PPI Mums Ongoing= Swift Advances PPI, London Scottish PPI, Blackhorse chgs, GE money pyts missing

Gregory Pennington who i use chrge 25 a money but i dont ming paying that as its paid for itself with the thousands they had written off for me and the sleepless nights saved. i have a life again. long onto the gregory pennington website give them a call its free just explain your situation trust me it will be a lot better that bankrupcy just see what they saw. oh and no you aint a crap parent or anything you are just one of the millions of normal people been sucked into the companies from hell allowed to operate and ruin lives :-)MY Successes = RBS PPI, RBS bank charges, Aqua PPI, Aqua cc charges, HFC PPI, Welcome Finance PPI, Blackhorse PPI Mums Ongoing= Swift Advances PPI, London Scottish PPI, Blackhorse chgs, GE money pyts missing

We do not recommend anyone take out a DMP with a company that charges fees. They can get the same or better service free of charge from one of the debt charities listed in the link above, or Payplan.
The other advantage is that all your payments go to the creditors, instead of 15-20 percent being taken off each month to pay the company fees. This means that you pay the debt off a lot faster.
A number of people on here have moved from GP DMPs to those offered by CAB, Payplan or CCCS for this reason. At least one decided to go BK after 7 years paying miserly amoounts off each month, much of which was taken in fees.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Hi there. I don't know much (ok, I know nothing) about bankruptcy or HP and the rules etc, but I DO know how stressful life is when juggling kids, endless debts, and all the crap that life throws at us when we are down.
So, first things first, the very fact that you are tackling your problems means that you are a fab mum - you are making things right for the future of your family and that is something to be immensely proud of.
The debt - I haven't looked at your previous info, but it seems that the priority is to keep the car? Is that right? If so, to get the next payment can you get stuff on ebay or amazon to raise some money. If you have a mo, look at the "make £10 a day challenge" thread on here and you will get loads of ideas for raising a bit of extra cash.
Please give CCCS or National debtline a call asap - even if just to talk to about the situation, they are incredibly helpful.
Regarding the pills - ok, so these ones don't make you feel great, but there will be others that are more appropriate. Please go back to your doctor tomorrow and get this sorted - it may take a few days to allow them to work but the sooner you do this, the sooner you get yourself back in control of the way you are feeling.

i agree that all monies should go to the creditors but i was just giving my personal experience and opinion as i tried CAB and explored bankruptcy before using GP. I just found with the write offs they did for me with some of my creditors they paid their fees ten fold. might not be for everyone but it was for me. I just think the programmes available through either charity management groups or GP are better than bankruptcy. I know Barkruptcy doesnt carry the stigma it did years ago and the time scales involved arent as they were but i still think its the last resort :-)MY Successes = RBS PPI, RBS bank charges, Aqua PPI, Aqua cc charges, HFC PPI, Welcome Finance PPI, Blackhorse PPI Mums Ongoing= Swift Advances PPI, London Scottish PPI, Blackhorse chgs, GE money pyts missing
