i am one year into my iva £400 per month, and feeling the pinch dont know how i will mange the next 4 years. can any body advice of a get out apart from paying up £25K but not bunkrupcy any help would be most greartful

Hopefully your IVA has a provision for such eventualities such as a change in circumstances. It may be possible for the original agreement to be modified at a creditors meeting. Your supervisor/insolvency practitioner may be able to extend the period of the IVA to allow you to complete your repayment. You need to contact them ASAP and discuss your situation.
