To qualify for our Free Prize Draw, we simply ask you for 5 minutes of your time to fill in our customer questionnaire below. This will give us a better understanding of your needs and allow us to fulfill those needs with Collins products and services.
The lucky winner will be drawn at random on the 1st March 2007 and will be notified within 2 weeks. *A full list of terms and conditions can be found below.
Free Prize Draw Rules:
1. To be entered into the draw you must complete the questionnaire above.
2. There is one prize to be one this month.
3. All entrants must be aged 18 or over and live in the UK.
4. Closing date for entry is 29th February 2008.
5. The winner will be selected at random and will be informed within 14 days from when the draw takes place.
6. The list of winners will be available by written request to the Marketing Department, Collins Debden Ltd, Campsie View, Westerhill Road, Bishopbriggs, Glasgow, G64 2QT.
7. There will be no cash alternative to the prize.
8. This is a free prize draw and no purchase is necessary.
