Help with a snowball calculator please

Does anyone know of a snowball calculator that takes into account different rates on a card? The ones I've looked at all have a teaser period so you can have say 6 months at 6.95% and then after that the rate goes up to 12.9% and they're not what I want unfortunately. I need to have a calculator that will take into account a life balance transfer rate of 6.95% and purchases of 12.9% (my newly negotiated rates with Sainsburys!)
I'm trying to get sorted and am determined to pay off my debts as quickly as I can but with all the different interest rates I'm confused and don't know which ones to concentrate on.
Any help gratefully appreciated.

If there's two rates on the card, put it in the snowball as two separate debtsNo longer using this account for new posts from 20130
