Requesting CCA

I am wondering if some kind person could point me in the right direction please.

I have just written to my creditors informingt them that I can no longer pay them minimum payments and have made them all pro rata offers.

As some of my creditors are longstanding I would like to satisfy myself that each of my creditors can provide me with true copy of my CCA.

Can someone advise me or provide a link to the correct procedure to follow and any standard letters.

I want to make sure that I understand the process and follow it correctly.

hi welcome to the site
search for posts by rog2 or weller117 (i think) they are the cca experts on here.
just remember sent the requests recorded deliverly to prove reciept and send a postal order NOT a cheque as they have been known to copy the signature onto a cca shocking i know.
i have had two accounts passed back already and heard nothing back for the oc for a while.

hi , have a look at my POSt , Lets all ask for our CCA . you do need to read through it all . Its well worth the time spent . I,m in middle of three requests , sofar none of the them have come up with the required correct paperwork .
