how do i go about telling hmrc or who ever i need to tell that i am an employee during the week and hire out bouncy castle at weekends?

Straight forward letter to your local tax office, quote your NI number.

Can anyone else answer if you'll get charged Class 2 NIC (£ 2.10 per week) if you're already in full time employment and paying Class 1 NIC? Or do they just sort the tax out at the end of the year when you do a self-assessment return?
