Thanks, this was really easy to complete and had all my address details filled in. I have been accepted and will be sent an information pack.

Grr, this is annoying. Royal Mail thinks that we live in a different county to what we do, so the county is wrong on the address and I can't change it.

Yes but they've left the street blank(cos I live in sticks and dont really have a street just village name) but it wont let me click on it to type in it. and when I click submit it says "please enter a street" but I cant!

ALSO not just a case of signing up and etting free stamps you have to prepare things for sending post them at certain times at certain post boxes etc and then you also get sent letters and you have to input the information online. If you don't visit/pass the post box regular or work full time its not worth your time... as you have to post when they tell you to!

Basically rang up Customer Services who sent me to someone else who sent me to Address Management. Address Management say I need to speak to Customer Services. Royal Mail have my correct address, so it is someone else I need to contact...and it's going round in circles, so I'll stop!
