Thanks they both had 445 numbers but no R number so did the yellow sticker bit. When I entered that I had received items, 1 was listed (a magazine) and the other wasn't, but there was also another item listed which I haven't had, I do hope I didn't bin it last week or anything:eek: :eek:0 -
Hi all, I got 2 bits of junk mail today - totally separate but they have the same 5 digit number on them, is that the receiver number? It doesn't have an R or anything in front of it, I'm pretty sure it's from these guys but stupidly my test initials are my initials ( - don't ask  )
I did this when I signed up and put in my actual initials, lol think I was having a blonde moment or something, anyways I emailed them to ask if I could change and they were fine about it and just assigned me a new set, they said it would take a couple weeks to change though.
I have had a 5 digit number on all my brochures / catalogues that have arrived so far, its something like 51482 (possibly different for you) and when you log it on the website as a bit of post with no r-number, one of the questions is "are any of the following numbers featured on the envelope / sleeve" and my 51482 number has always been listed as an option. So maybe if you start logging it and when that question comes up see if the number on screen matches whats on your post, if not just dont finish logging it?0 -

Yes I chose my own initials before I read the stuff properly   fortunately I'm married and post is rarely addressed to my married name with both my first initials, so it should work ok
Lari - that makes sense - thanks0 -

You're not alone doing the initials thing, I thought they'd put them somewhere on the envelope, not actually use them in the name. Doh! Anyway I find that a lot of junk mail I get has the county name on whereas stuff I get from these people don't. That might be something to look out for.0

I thought exactly the same thing regarding the initials. I didnt think about the stuff from them being without my county on it, so thats definately a good tip.
