  • Thanks,this is great for anyone who needs it for health reasons.I got this last time out of curiosity,it was so horrible even the birds would'nt eat it.I actually feel so sorry for people who have to eat it and can't have ordinary bread.

    however as a coeliac sufferer myself, it does atleast allow me to comtinue with a "normal" lifeit is better than nothig. It is hard enough to find lunchesas it is. Unfortunatly you do have to compromise somewhere.:mad:

    Have a look in your cupboards, and you will see how hard it is to avoid gluten and wheat, it is in almost everything.:mad: :mad:
