a: sell everything you own and live on beans on toast, never go out and give up on haveing a life for a very long time

    b: call payplan

thats about all the advice you'll get here

    good luck
  • welcome Oceanus10,
trying to give you some more constructive advice than blueye. Post a SOA and let the folk on here have a look and help advise you.
If the experts on here advise you to go to CCCS or Payplan (as 'advised' in the post above) then trust me, it'll be for the best for you.
Well done on facing up to your debts and posting for the first time. Next things that pesky SOA.
Folk are very supportive on here, it becomes addictive to post!
    Chin up and stay strong.

    Hi Oceanus10,

    Welcome to the boards.

The first thing you need to look at is putting together a Financial Statement this will detail ALL your income and expenditure. Once you have done this your budget will show how much surplus you have left over to offer your creditors.

If there is a shortfall (payments higher than surplus) you will need to look at all the options that are available to you. It’s hard to advise fully via this forum but CCCS have a free online debt advice facility called debt remedy where you can be provided with advice and a long term solution to your situation. This link will take you directly to Debt Remedy.

Once you have put together your financial statement post it on here and people will be along to offer their support and see if they can help you cut back

    Good Luck

    Sarah

  • Welcome to the forums - I owe a similar amount to you, so understand the frustration. Changing lots of little things to start helps - it is surprising how quickly you start to give yourself goals to reach and can get there fairly easily.

  • Hello
I am new to posting although I have been lurking since January ! I would just like to say how much hope and inspiration you people have given me just by reading through the posts. I was quite shocked by an earlier post (byblueye)on this thread and felt it was quite an unfair judgement. You are all so positive and it has definitely given me the incentive to sort my problems out. Thank you !
