rang a freefone number and was then given another number ( newcastle) to ring.the sucker should be attached to the timer and the only thing they can suggest is to reapply on the website-they don't have any in the building that they can send out.what a pain in the backside.nice little timer as well0

3 members of our family (separate households) got theirs today & the suckers were all detached from the timers
looks like there has been glue on them to start with, so we're going to have a go at super-glueing them back on rather than send for more & waste 3 perfectly functional timers
fingers crossed it works

I'll just put mine on the ledge at the bottom of the shower and hope when it rings it doesn't rattle off and I end up on the floor...the corner should do it - it's wide enough there...but I'm not going to send for another one - this one will probably work as well without the sucker thingy...
just checked - and the ring is actually quite pleasant and I can hear it over the shower running too

that's what we plan to do with ours if the superglue doesn't work, the timer will work just as well without the suckermrsdinozzo wrote: »I'll just put mine on the ledge at the bottom of the shower and hope when it rings it doesn't rattle off and I end up on the floor...the corner should do it - it's wide enough there...but I'm not going to send for another one - this one will probably work as well without the sucker thingy...
