A washing line?! What a luxury! I live in a listed building and they made us take down our lines due to 'fire hazards'.

I saw some posts a few weeks back saying that some people were not receiving the daily digest emails- does anyone know if there was a solution? When I first signed up to MSE before Christmas I received the emails fine for a week and then-!!!!!!! Nothing!

Just to test, I signed up again last week with a new user name and different email and exactly the same thing has happened. One email is with Tiscali and the other with Gmail, so nothing to do with the email provider, and the mails aren't being redirected to spam. According to MSE I'm still registered to get digests to both email addresses and I'm still getting subscription to all other forums fine, apart from comps.

Why, wise MSEers, Whyyyyyyyyyyyyy??? And who can I report a problem to?? :think:

I had been getting it for a few days, and then nothing again today. I have not got a clue why. All I do know is that it is b.... annoying.

Ooh actually I know the answer to this!

I've emailed tech support and they are looking into it (as of 19/02).

They had initially said that you are required to sign in each day. But those who clearly have no better place to go (;)) will be aware that this utter rubbish. I've still had only around 10 in the last month!

If you fancy dropping them a quick email and getting them prioritising it a little more then their email is [EMAIL="furtherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com"]furtherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com[/EMAIL]

Thanks, glad to know it's not just me still having problems! Have emailed them on the email address you provided, monsieur, and hope to speed them up. I tried emailing them with the technical help link before and just got back an automated troubleshooting list.

Hope they sort it out soon, I go insane trying to keep up with the comps without it! :rolleyes:
