Do you work from home ? Do you reccommend ?

I was looking to work for a work from home company.

Do any of you work for them and if so which one and how's it going

I basically need to work about 20 hours a week mainly evenings and weekends. dont like selling or pestering. i would ust like a company that do data input or similar

Its hard to find anything as they all seem to be scam...... its a shame

Hi Tysfoot; I have a home-based business with a company in the Natural Health area, I don't know if that is what you are looking for.

Suffice to say when I first encountered them and sat through a business opportunity presentation, many of the 'scam' thoughts crossed my mind. I actually asked my host to explain the difference between what they were doing and those pyramid selling scams.

I'm now in a position to know that it is a very ethical and reputable company; it's approved by the Office of Fair Trading and the Direct Selling Association, plus has Investors in People.

There is an element of sales, but if your thoughts were that this is 'toe in the door, sell them snake oil' activities then you would be very wrong indeed. It works by recommendation, but the products do have to move for people to be paid. There is an element of recruiting and coaching involved too.

It's very difficult to explain how it works; may I suggest you google an animated video called Brilliant Compensation and watch it. After 18 mins you will understand how the business works.
