New Tesco promotions

none in surrey gatwick store either, customer service, didnt really have a clue what i was on about, but said any vouchers are usually given in either free newspapers through your door or in your clubcard deals!!!......but will keep my eyes peeled!!!.....

just got an email from tesco as I complained we never get any of these vouchers at Ely and was told only certain stores qualify for these vouchers, 'certain areas dont need them'.........!!!!!!

They are trade drivers, used in stores that need to...um...drive trade. For example, if new competition has opened up or if they have just been refitted.

Most stores will never receive them. I never have.

This does ring true. I got my vouchers from a Store that has only been open for a couple of months. I am sure they are trying to attract trade. This is also the store that limits it to one item per day per customer. I spoke to customer services and they have done this to try and make it fairer. There is no point advertising this at their store if they don't have stock...

I then went to another store that didn't stock the vouchers and their shelves were full and they don't have limits.

I therefore recomend getting the vouchers and going to another store that is not advertising the premotion and fill your boots. I am fortunate that I work near to a store who have the vouchers( and very little stock with limits per customer) and live near a store with stock but no vouchers

I have 3 large store's within 10 minute's drive from my house but they never have voucher's and the one with the pharmacy never has the goodie bag's.

Lea valley store have just installed a recycling machine so more green point's for me :j

No offer leaflets in the stores near me & my mum works there so said she'd keep em peeled if they do surface.
Wonder if someone who had some posted to me would my store then honour them or not....
Also what are the goodie bags & any info on the green points.
I assume this is when we use our own bags which I do but if you use self serve you need to then go to CS to get credited with the points, often a queue so one doesn't bother....loss of green points!

Yep 'cos they never make it to the Oil Capital of Europe, probably 'cos there's no lask of the folding stuff up here, with several exceptions of course.

Okay...having armed myself with these vouchers x 6 (don't want to be tooooo greedy!) I went in search of some Persil to use them on. My local branch and three others had none...shelves picked clean. I had a little moan at my local CS and they grudgingly parted with a raincheck voucher for one box.

But I'm not pleased. My local has space on the shelves for six boxes of each of the three varieties, tops. How far is that going to go, given that they had literally hundreds of the voucher leaflets? Even the big store only had shelf space for about ten of each. I can see the point of rationing the deal to one or two per customer, but even 3x20 boxes won't go further than 15 customers there either.

So I want the opportunity to moan direct to Tesco HQ. I,m very much an email rather than telephone person, so has anyone got an email address for CS at HQ? I can't find one on their website.
