The loan was through Lloyds and the dca is Westcot Credit Services.
He didnt ring me back which after reading your email I'm glad he didnt..if they do now it will be a short swift reply in the form of put it in writing. They said they would get back to me after talking to his client...but like you say it would not suprise me if they had sold the debt on.

Thank you for your solid advice and every one else on dont talk to these people as they will twist things..going to be strong and stick to the plan..I am a single mum with two and its not always easy when you open an envelope when you get home and have no one to talk to about it...it can be scary..then the sleepless night kicks in...the next day is usually good cause I know that this site is here to guide me....
