Norwich Union "Section 32" pension buy-out

My OH has a Norwich Union Section 32 pension "buy out" policy into which he transferred his pension contributions when he left a former employer around 20 years ago He's trying to discover whether this policy will be eligible for their bonus payout. Has anybody with one of these policies heard from Norwich Union? Their website says they have written to eligible policyholders but he hasn't heard anything which suggests it may not be eligible. We're unsure how long to leave it before contacting them in case he has been overlooked.

Unlikely he´ll be eligible if the policy has always been with NU, not GA or CU.Trying to keep it simple...
