    Well, in the short amount of time I have folded 2 loads of laundry, made the kids (plus 2 others we seem to have adopted?!) lunch, did the dishes (and cleaned the cooker, counter tops, walls etc), and realised I have run out of TEA! Who does that?
    Still need to tackle DD room which is a distaster zone-officially recognised by UN, Peace Corp etc as such...

    Will get off here in a minute-honest

    I would be loaded if I claimed back all my charges and PPI-best part of £7k at least...
    Really must pull finger out-is there a time limit?

    I guess the usual limit applies - 6 years and 1 month.

    Pretty similar to me - although most would go towards clearing my remaining debts and leaving me quite a bit left over. The main thing though would be to lose the worrying.

    I've had one or two CCAs sent back in which I asked for PPI for one year only and they kept charging for the next 5 or 6. So, I've added up the premiums plus interest nad have asked for those back. That's if the CCAs are valid, which I'm not convinced they are.
    Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

    Evening - Bunny, you can claim back 6 years from the date you put your claim in - so do it now, don't wait for the test case to finish. :D
