Who is Leo J Quinn Jr?

Hi All
I've come across this american guy on the internet called Leo J Quinn Jr who reckons he can help get people out of debt and help them manage their money more efficiently (sound familiar?) I didn't want to pay out any money, I'm not that stupid that I'd line someone else's pocket, but I was intrigued so I signed up for his emails and I've been getting them regularly. Basically they have some motivating stuff in them but it does seem to be some sort of money making scheme for the guy as you have to pay to get his 'real' advice but I just wondered if anyone else had taken the plunge or knew anymore about him or his 'plan' to help us get debt free?
He has something called "How to own your own paycheck again" which evidently sets out his debtfree wannabee hints. And he seems to be saying that you don't start by paying off your highest interest debt????? But of course you have to pay to learn more.
Anyone know anymore?
Here's a link to check him out but I am definitely not advocating that anyone pays for this. I'm hoping we can find out what his 'trick' is without paying a bean.
