Free parking at the o2

If you watching a movie in Vue cinema at the o2, you can park for free, saving you the rip-off £5 charge. This offer is valid for parking in car park 2 and 4. Show your car parking ticket together with your cinema ticket (or even better; an email confirmation for a free preview) at the Vue counter on the first floor. Then they'll give you an exit slip that you put in the machine when leaving the car park and hey presto, £5 saved! That's the info Vue gave me yesterday when I saw AFRIKA-AFRIKA in the tent next door. Tomorrow evening we're going to see a free preview, 'The Bucket List' at the o2. I am not sure if this offer is temporary or permanent.

But don't you have to have the ticket displayed in your car? I was rather confused, maybe I was at a different car park..

OK I just check the map, I parked at the first car park on your left as you enter Edmund Halley Way from Millenium Way.. it was a pay and display but I remembered on the back it says I can redeem if I bring it to the Vue counter...

Does it matter how long you stay for, looking to go to Tutankhamun Exhibition then have dinner then cinema.
