I selected the option for as few bags as possible for my online shop. Thinking they would put food in boxes?.. however what they did was left it strew all over the doorstep.. you name it, cheese , yogaurts fruit the lot just looked like it had been tipped out onto the pavement and the driver just left before we could hardly start bringing it in!! I had done a huge shop -£300 worth getting loads of half price and get one free offers to have a really good stock up of everything and was really upset as well as angry that they could just throw it all over the doorstep and disappear.
I called customer services but they seemed shocked that I wanted someone round to pick it all up and then put me on hold for ages, so I hung up..they did not call back. I am really mad about this !!

Why did you sign for it if you weren't happy? You could have refused to accept the order.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0

I would complain again to Tesco, maybe by letter. The address of the MD of tescos (terry o'leary?) is floating about somewhere on MSE I think, maybe you could write directly to him if you aren't happy with the outcome. Definitely make sure you mention that no-one signed for it. Sounds like someone needs retraining...0
