Help My Printer Wont Print Out Vouchers????

can anyone give me an idiot proof guide to downloading vouchers. I used to do them ok but now cant get to print any from couponet for e.g. Have recently put in new ink cartridge but that shouldnt matter. Any advice welcome please........ thanks.
