BCW and talktalk. CCA request?

Hi, I've just printed out a cca request letter for the [STRIKE]gits[/STRIKE] lovely people at BCW but wanted to double check one more time that this is the right thing to do? I did have an account with talktalk (since been cancelled) but I'm disputing this alleged debt. I am not disputing the fact that I was a customer. Is it the cca letter I need to send?
