Anyone got debts with Lloyds tsb

I have asked this question in another one of my posts but it seems to be getting lost unanswered and i am desprate for advice .

Does anyone have debts with Lloyds tsb loans mainly and they have allowed you to make reduced payments ?

I had problems with them before, but phoned collections dept and they did an income expenditure thing and worked out a affordable amount to pay, the service wasnt great and you had to make all the payments on time,or they werent pleasant. Not impressed with lloyds really!

i have a loan with tsb due to getting a rather large overdraft i could never pay off ( they kept increasing it and it got to £3000.00 overdrawn - dont know how?) they let me take out a loan to pay it off and about 6months down the line i couldnt afford the repayments so they did a 'refinance loan' for me to bring the payments down to half - this is so much better......hope this helps
