Black victorian style lace up ankle boots & grandad shirt.

DD needs these for her drama show. Typical of the teacher to tell us what's needed at the end of the boots season.
I need a size 6.5 (ladies). Sevens will be too big as she has very narrow feet and sixes will be that tiny bit too short for her big toe which is very long compared to her other toes. Maximum heel height is 2"
I also need a white grandad style shirt/blouse. Need about a size 6. They have them in Primark but the smallest is size 8 and it's huge on her.
I've tried Ebay and no boots in right size.
