The Ombudsman has managed to get Abbey to agree to mis-selling of my endownment policy. Does anybody have recent experience of what length of time Abbey take to come up with a figure?

My case with the Abbey was settled relatively quickly within weeks of the Ombudsmans' decision. It really depends on the volume of cases they are dealing with,(if I remember correctly they were fined recently for dismissing a lot of genuine cases which they now have to settle) Good Luck...0
