Sports recovery drinks NEVER taste nice, but they really work!! After doing a couple of mountain biking events last year a couple of friends and I went down the route of these recovery shakes and they helped us avoid extreme fatigue the following day.

i tried to use my voucher and was refused in tesco because the voucher value was more than the product was currently selling for, argument with staff ensued and i lost interest and walked out.

Im sure it must have been mentioned on here already but the offer to receive a free milkshake is still going. The shake is called "For Goodness Shakes" and my parents have ordered one today after hearing that my voucher arrived through the post today. Voucher came in post with other fitness material and the voucher states that you can exchange voucher at : Sainsbury's, Total Garages, Tesco . I picked my drink up from Sainsbury's (usually next to the milk in most stores) and it was very nice too. I think the drinks are normally £1.38 and you have choice of Bannana or chocolate. Im not very good at producing links but if you google "For goodness shakes" and click on their web site free sample icon is top left. If this has been left before sorry but thought useful to let people know still going and works:beer:
