Which Share Based Personal Pension

I am interested in starting a pension fund of about 20K initially, maybe topping it to 50K over a few years, to invest in shares. This is an addition to my employers pension scheme, rather than my main pension scheme and is intended as something a bit more adventurous for me to take a bit of a risk with managing myself, and a bit of a learning experience, to move on from investment/unit trusts. I think my desire to invest directly in shares mean I am looking for a SIPP.
Who would everyone recommend as a good provider to go with? I want good and easy online management, and value reliability and a company likely to be around for a while above the very cheapest fees to the exclusion of all other considerations.
Any advice Appreciated:j
