For a while at work, we have had a colleague who is constantly rude to many of our staff but mostly junior staff . I feel that he is working beyond his competence and experience and tries to bluff her way through many things even when you are sure that the advice being given is wrong
the atmosphere at work is so bad and people including me are frustrated. we have tried to tackle this with the boss, but he seems to support him in most things though claiming that inexperience could be the problem
i would like to take this forward to HR and would like your opinions as to how to handle this
i have worked in a highly stressed work situation before and had to go off sick for about a year and would not like a repeat of this
can anyone pls help me as i plan to appraoch HR shortly
many thanks again

call him out every time he says summat. that way u point it out and they start to think about what their saying and how its been received.
if no1 has said anything to him, he may not be aware of how he's coming across... not thats a guarantee of anything changing.0
