Hi, i am looking for people who can give advice on bankruptcy , i am a little scared.

The folk on the BK subforum, just above your thread, are really lovely, so do call in. They have been there or are doing it now, so have lots of knowledge

As a starter, though, give CCCs, the Insolvency line or the national debt line a call. Some are open until 9pm (CCCS).

You could go over to the bankruptcy board.
What are you scared about, are you going down that route or considering it.
If you give us a bit more information we might be able to reassure you a bit and help.

As RAS said, your first port of call should be to call one of the FREE debt charities, CCCS, CAB, Payplan or NDL: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/loans/debt-help-plan#help (CCCS have an online debt rememdy, which is rather good).

Do come over to the BR forum and say hello and post any questions or concerns you have. We're a very friendly lot and it's full of very helpful and knowledgable people who will help you. It is a little quiet tonight though, so don't worry if you don't get any replies right away
