payless is right to suggest that this is a ripp-off. Additionally they appear to be breaking industry guidelines by cold calling you.

I'd consider alerting the national press, if I were you, so that these people don't prey on others without access to MSE:

I was under the impression that cold calling for mortgages was now against FSA guidelines.
