    Well if they don't want to take her money then I would deduct the cost of the special delivery and send them the remaining balance.

    Why doesn't she use cheques or PO's and normal postage?

    if she is paying my cheque send it normal post but get a proof of delivery and when the cheque has been cashed the proof will be on your statement,

    i would think any payment is better than no payment at all
