Wi-Fi Finder Keyring at play.com - £11.99
A remarkable device that could help you locate where is the best place for you to use wireless internet! Locate Hot Spot (2.4G, 802.11b/802.11g wireless Internet access point) without opening your notebook computer! Small and compact design. The best companion for professionals or businessmen when they travel.
Whatever will they think of next

Very neat indeed, could use one myself.
If anyone has one of these though - does it detect open networks only or both open and closed? (if it detects both, then it might not be as much use - pretty much every street I go down has a wireless network of some sort, it's finding an open that that takes up the time!)0 -

couldn't agree with you more!
although sometimes I've been horrified at how many people don't have them locked down :eek:0 -
aww, I thought it was an actual keyring finder, so if you lost your keys, you could find them easier. Suppose that's more gps though!I used to promote my band here...0

Great things these, I went for a Kensington Wifi Finder Plus a few weeks ago to pop into my laptop bag. Bit more expensive at £18.95 but looks nice.0
